SECURITY OPERATIONS · SOUTH AFRICA

What is SECOPSTRAK?

SECOPSTRAK is a multi-site security operations platform for communities, residential estates, ratepayer associations and private security companies in South Africa. It brings resident reports, patrol activity, camera health, incidents and management reporting into one system, helping teams coordinate work, track follow-ups and understand security activity across their sites.

The platform · six modules

Connected operations, with a clear scope.

Use a defined set of tools for the work your team needs to record. Start with an agreed scope and add capabilities as requirements evolve.

01 / 06

Community security

Organise resident reports, suspicious-activity alerts and community security updates in a shared record.

02 / 06

Patrol and field activity

Record patrol observations, access-point checks and follow-up actions for review by responsible teams.

03 / 06

Camera and asset oversight

Review camera health, maintenance needs and monitoring handovers alongside other operational activity.

04 / 06

Incidents and response

Keep structured incident records, response notes and agreed next steps together.

05 / 06

Analytics and reporting

06 / 06

Organisation and administration

Organise separate customer sites, user roles and access to the agreed modules.

Designed for more than one site

Shared structure.
Distinct customer spaces.

SECOPSTRAK supports separately managed customer workspaces, with sites, users and agreed access roles organised for each environment. Teams can use a common operational approach without treating every customer location as one shared record.

For estates, community operations and service partners, that separation helps keep the scope and day-to-day activity of each site clear. Access controls, hosting, retention and service arrangements are confirmed in the applicable service agreement.

  • 01

    Keep site environments distinct

Separate customer workspaces support a clearer boundary between operations.

  • 02

    Organise people around agreed roles

Manage users and access according to the agreed site and service scope.

  • 03

    Choose modules for each need

Start with the relevant tools and expand as the operation changes.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions.

Scope, availability and service details are discussed with your team and confirmed separately.

Who is SECOPSTRAK for?

SECOPSTRAK serves community security teams, ratepayer associations, neighbourhood watch groups, residential estates, private security companies and multi-site service partners.

Is SECOPSTRAK cybersecurity software?

SECOPSTRAK focuses on physical security operations: resident reports, patrol activity, camera health, incidents and stakeholder reporting. It is not a network threat detection or cybersecurity monitoring product.

Can different customer sites use the same platform?

Yes. SECOPSTRAK supports separate customer workspaces, with users and access roles organised for each site. Public marketing pages do not expose those private operational records.

Do we need all six modules?

No. Start with an agreed scope and the modules your team needs, then add capabilities or sites as your requirements grow. Availability and service details are confirmed separately.

How do we request a demo or more information?
